Trust the brilliance of your body

Taya Brown is a somatic healer, certified Elemental Embodiment guide and Yogi. Throughout her mental and physical health journey, she has found the deepest way to healing is by connecting and listening to the body as your guide. But how? … On her journey she has found many ways to master this ability, But she didn't just want to work with one, because it was all of them together that truly healed her. … This is why she made Come Home Embodiment. To master each of these gifts, and share them with all who will receive it. Her goal is to help you embody your true purpose and potential on this earth.

As one of very few people taught in the practice of Elemental Embodiment, Taya can guide you through a combination of ancient wisdom, modern science and intuition. She has been taught by Brian Thomas Lumb and Chelsea Rae Lumb who practice on leaders in the self help industry such as David Bayer and Tony Robbins. Through breath, body, and energy work we will support your body to gain true safety, and your life will follow that ease.

The day you were born there was a code imprinted into your DNA. This code will take you deeper into who you are and how you function. This isn't just one modality, this is three different systems working together in tandem to give you the deepest knowledge of your inner self. Your Human Design, Gene Keys, and Elemental Code come together to create a map of how you function at your core.

Modern therapy has become something of a spiral. You come to a session and speak logically about everything that happens. And your therapist gives logical advice the best they can. In somatic therapy and coaching we speak to allow feelings to come up, then we move into the body and allow the body to be heard without any logical analytics that comes from talking it out. This will allow a deepness and progress that you simply won't find in normal therapy.

In modern society, yoga has been reduced to movements, workouts and trendy clothes, when the reality is that yoga asana, which is the movement practice, is only a very small part of it. Together we can go back to the true root of yoga learning, lifestyle, philosophies and practice moving our bodies with Asana in a way that will gently heal and strengthen your body and mind connection.
