We use your data strictly to deliver your coaching and therapy services, process payments, send appointment reminders, and communicate updates. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Payment processing is handled securely through encrypted, PCI-compliant third parties (like Stripe or PayPal). While website operations are secure, your actual session content is protected under strict professional confidentiality laws, as outlined in your Client Agreement. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your website data at any time by emailing [email protected].

4. Photo Release

By checking the acceptance box or purchasing a package, the Client grants Taya Brown/Come Home Embodiment the right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs, videos, or other visual media capturing the Client's likeness for use on social media platforms and the company website for promotional purposes. The Client releases the Provider from any claims or liability arising from such use.
