This Agreement is entered into by and between Taya Brown/Come Home Embodiment and the undersigned individual on the date of payment.
Provider agrees to deliver private, one-on-one sessions as selected by the Client. The specific package, session volume, and investment amounts are dictated by the package purchased at checkout.
To foster therapeutic momentum and consistent progress, all prepaid packages carry strict expiration timelines starting from the exact date of purchase:
Any sessions remaining unused past these expiration milestones will be permanently forfeited by the Client. No extensions will be granted except under extreme, documented medical emergencies at the sole discretion of the Provider.
Client agrees to pay the full package rate upfront or adhere to any agreed-upon installment plans. All fees must be cleared prior to booking sessions. By checking the acceptance box or purchasing a package, the Client agrees not to initiate any credit card disputes or chargebacks with their financial institution for services rendered or for packages subject to the refund terms below.
Committing to a package represents a mutual commitment to your growth and blocks out scheduling inventory.
Client understands and acknowledges that while coaching and therapy can be deeply transformative, results depend entirely on individual engagement, work, and medical variables. Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific behavioral, mental health, or financial outcomes.
All information shared during sessions will be held in the strictest confidence, except where disclosure is mandated by law (e.g., immediate threat of harm to self or others, or suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult).
BY CHECKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX OR PURCHASING A PACKAGE, CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OUTLINED ABOVE.
By selecting an installment payment plan, the Client agrees to the following adjusted terms:

Client explicitly authorizes Provider to automatically charge the credit card on file for each installment on its scheduled due date. If an automatic payment fails, Client will have 48 hours to provide a valid payment method.
If a payment remains unpaid past 48 hours, all upcoming sessions will be immediately paused and removed from the calendar. Access to future bookings will be restored only after the account balance is brought current.
A payment plan is a financing convenience, not a pay-as-you-go subscription. Client remains legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments for the entire package purchased, regardless of whether they choose to use all the sessions.
